Hi there,
1. I am only interested in alarplasty because I am only interested in reducing my alar flare and reducing wide alar base. (I am really not looking for tip refinement or bridge enhancement, I'm okay with the rest of my nose.) I would like to find out what kind of excisions you would use to help me with that? I heard that a combined sill and wedge excision can achieve what I want, but I know a lot of doctors in Korea shy away from performing the outer excision due to scarring, so I must find a doctor who has experience performing this excision who will be able to place the scars expertly at the crease of my nose.
2. Can you please give me a virtual simulation of how my nose will look after alarplasty? I have attached photos with this email.
3. How much will alarplasty cost?
