Duration of recovery and cost of procedures

Hi,

I would like to contour my face. I am not sure if my face requires jaw reduction or cheek reduction or both.
1. So can you give me the cost breakdown for the two procedures?
2. Please include other costs. For example, consultation costs or CT scanning costs, etc. The more accurate the better as that would be how much money I would have to set aside
3. How long is the recovery period? As I am a foreigner, I would need to know how long I have to book my accommodation for. I know the surgery itself is only a few hours, but I understand I would need to come back to remove bandages and check up.
